Still not getting emails from Horizons colleages sent via internet list servers

Hi Debbie,

Fleur and I are still not getting emails from each other that are sent
via the two addresses below.

We both seem to be getting messages from outside Horizons.  The problem
occurred a long time ago but it is only noticeable when we're posting
material.   Is the problem solveable or do Fleur and I needed to be
Ccing each other when we post to these addresses?
