(includes New Zealand Land Resource Inventory, National Soils Database and Digital Soil Map Database)
The Land Resource Information System (LRIS) is a Nationally Significant Database hosted by Landcare Research. It is made up of the New Zealand Land Resource Inventory (NZLRI), the National Soils Database (NSD) and derivatives (including Fundamental Soil Layers (FSL), digital soil maps, and other spatial databases).
